📦 IS SHIPPING REALLY FREE?
Yes, it is! We offer free worldwide shipping — no matter where you live, shipping is on us.
💳 WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
We process all orders in AUD (Australian Dollars). If you're shopping from another country, your payment will automatically convert to your local currency at the current exchange rate during checkout.
🧾 DO I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY ORDER?
Absolutely! A receipt will be sent to your email after payment. You’ll also get a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.
✏️ CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes — but only within 12 hours of placing your order.
